Do the bats you sell come with warranty?
All our bats carry a 1 year warranty from date of sale.
When will my product be shipped?
Please allow 24-48 hours for orders to be processed. In some cases it may take longer due to the fact that we may have to order the product in. An e mail will be sent to the customer if orders get delayed.
Your website does not have a particular product I am after?
Please send us an e mail, if your after a particular product. We can source the item for you.
Where will my product be shipped form?
Your product will either be shipped from our California Warehouse or Sydney office depending on your location and stock.
How long does shipping take?
Please allow at least 4-7 days for delivery. A tracking number is provided with every order. Customers may track their order through our website by clicking on the shipping tab.
